Technology integration’s goal is to enhance student learning and foster student digital competencies. As the EdTech person in a school, it is important to facilitate teachers to do formative and summative assessments on student learning and technology literacy to collect data to understand what they need to be supported the next step.
In my blog: What is the Best Practices Should Be Included in Personalized PD, I brought up job-embedded teaching model and personalized PD, which can be efficient for teachers to deliver new pedagogical strategy learned from professional development into classes to find out what they need to improve to have the technology integrated with content and standards better.
